LazySun LakeHouse Policies

At :LazySun LakeHouse we want your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable.  In order to ensure that you have the best stay possible, there are some policies in place.  Please take a few minutes to review them.

Check In/Check Out

Our Check-In time is at 4pm and our Check-Out time is at 1 1 am. 

No Smoking

In order to ensure our guests visit is pleasant and comfortable, smoking is not allowed in the house.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:  Seven days prior to your arrival date for a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. 

Pet Policy

If you wish to bring your well mannered pet, please make arrangements with us in advance..  A damage deposit is required and may be refunded.  Please pick up after your pet and please...do not let your pets use the deck as a place to relieve themselves. Thank you!
